How to Use
Adults and children over 12 years old: 10mL (2 measuring spoons), 2 to 3 times a day. Children up to 2 years of age: 2.5mL (1/2 measuring spoon), 2 times a day. Children from 2 to 6 years of age: 5mL (1 measuring spoon), 2 times a day. Children from 6 to 12 years old: 7.5mL (1 measuring spoon and a half) 2 times a day.
Indications: Benflux Syrup 3 mg /mL is a medicine belonging to the group of expectorants whose active substance is ambroxol hydrochloride. This drug stimulates bronchial secretion, favors the production of more mobilized mucus and increases ciliary activity. It is a mucolytic adjunct to the treatment of bacterial respiratory infections in the presence of bronchial hypersecretion. This drug is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components and in case of gastroduodenal ulcer. Like all medicines, Benflux can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. It can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and epigastric pain, fatigue, rhinorrhea, dysuria and contact dermatitis, skin rash, hives, anaphylactic and skin reactions.
