How to Use
Adults and adolescents over 12 years old: 5 to 10mL at 4 hour intervals or 15mL at 6-8 hour intervals. The maximum daily dose is 60mL, corresponding to 120mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide. Children from 6 to 12 years: 2.5 to 5 mL at 4-hour intervals. The maximum dose is 30 mL, equivalent to 60 mg dextrametorphan. In case of overdose, serious undesirable effects may occur in children, including neurological disorders. Caregivers should not exceed the recommended dose.
