Centrum Men 50+ is a multivitamin and multimineral food supplement indicated for maintaining the general well-being of men aged 50 years and over. It features a specifically designed and balanced formula with enhanced vitamin and mineral contents. The Vitamin D content has been enhanced to help maintain normal bones. The presence of pantothenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal mental performance, zinc and iron contribute to normal cognitive function and the B vitamins play a central role in energy-producing metabolism. Vitamin A, riboflavin and zinc contribute to maintaining normal vision. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

How to use

Take 1 tablet a day, preferably at breakfast or lunch. The tablet should be swallowed whole or broken into two halves and without chewing it, with the help of a glass of water.
