    How to Use
    Cutaneous use. Apply, spreading and lightly rubbing, an adequate amount of cream on the affected areas and surrounding areas. If rubbing is contraindicated, you can apply a compress smeared with hirudoid over the injured area.
    Usage Advice
    Indications: Hirudoid is a Non-Prescription Drug indicated for the adjunctive symptomatic treatment of superficial venous disorders, varicose syndrome, hematomas, strains and constusions. This medicine is contraindicated in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the constituents. You should take special care with Hirudoid and avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds. If you do not see any improvement or if the symptoms persist or worsen after 5 days of treatment, you should consult your doctor. Hirudoid cream contains lanolin and ceto-stearyl alcohol, which can cause local skin reactions such as contact dermatitis, contains parabens and propylparaben which can cause allergic reactions. If in doubt, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
