    How to Use
    The recommended daily dose is 2 sachets of syrup in two doses, one before breakfast and the other before lunch, diluted in a glass of water.
    Usage Advice
    Indications: Laevolac Plum Syrup in Sachets is a Non-Prescription Drug indicated in all cases of constipation. This medicine is contraindicated in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to lactulose or any other component, in cases of galactosemia, in cases of lactose intolerance, in situations of diet without galactose, in cases of intestinal obstruction and suspected paralytic ileus. The dose normally used to treat constipation should not be a problem for diabetics since the sugars contained in Laevolac Plum do not cause an increase in blood glucose levels. This medicine contains galactose and tagatose which you should consider if you are a diabetic patient. If diarrhea occurs during treatment with Laevolac Plum, you should reduce the dose. If in doubt, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
