How to Use

Adults: Take 1 prolonged-release capsule per day. Take the capsules without opening or chewing, but swallowing with the help of a glass of water.

Usage Advice

Indications: Mucosolvan Perlonguets is a non-prescription drug with expectorant action. This medication reduces the viscosity of bronchial secretions, making mucus more fluid and stimulating the mucosa to produce more fluid bronchial secretions. Mucosolvan facilitates the drainage of surfactant material from pulmonary alveoli and bronchi. These mechanisms increase the capacity for self-purification of the airways. Mucosolvan facilitates and accelerates the elimination of mucus from the pulmonary alveoli and, therefore, is indicated as a mucolytic adjunct to antibacterial treatment of respiratory infections in the presence of bronchial hypersecretion. This medicine is contraindicated in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to Ambroxol Hydrochloride or any other constituents. If in doubt, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
