How to Use

To prevent motion sickness in adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 tablet, 30 minutes before travel. Children between 6 and 12 years old: ½ tablet, 30 minutes before travel. Children between 2 and 6 years old: ¼ tablet, 30 minutes before travel. In the treatment of dizziness sickness in adults and children over the age of 12: 1 to 2 tablets every 4 or 6 hours, without exceeding 400mg in 24 hours. Children between 6 and 12 years old: ½ or 1 tablet every 6 or 8 hours, without exceeding 150mg daily. Children between 2 and 6 years: ¼ or ½ of the tablet every 6 or 8 hours, without exceeding 1 full tablet per day.

Usage Advice

Indications: Viabom Tablets is a non-prescription drug containing dimenhydrinate as an active substance. This medication is an antihistamine with anti-emetic and anti-vertigo action. This medicine is indicated for the prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting and /or dizziness associated with motion sickness by car, train, boat, plane or other means of transport. This medicine is more effective if administered prophylactically before the actual trip. However, the susceptibility to motion sickness may differ depending on age, previous exposure, type of movement, severity and duration. This medicine can also be used to treat symptomatic nausea and vomiting related to vertigo. Viabom is contraindicated in case of known allergy or hypersensitivity to the active substance or any other constituent of the drug.
